The Stakeholders Ecosystem Map is a downloadable canvas from NetZeroCities that helps teams identify and visualise the actors surrounding a city, project or innovation, grouping them by sector and level of importance. It is intended for use at the start of a project and can be revisited as relationships and priorities evolve. Within EXCEL4HOUSING4.0, the tool can support strategic planning for renovation, circular construction and digitalisation by mapping the ecosystem of public authorities, VET providers, construction SMEs, technology providers, building owners, research organisations, clusters, funders and community actors. It is particularly useful for CoVE and regional ecosystem activities because it turns an abstract stakeholder list into a shared visual picture that can guide engagement, partnership building, communication and responsibility allocation. It can also be used as a participatory classroom or workshop exercise for project-management and green-transition profiles.
